We are looking for an engineer with a passion for finding security
holes and system vulnerabilities to join our Security team as a senior
security engineer.
In this hands on role, you will collaborate with other security,
system and backend engineers developing security systems, analyzing
current systems for vulnerabilities and handling any cyber attacks in an
efficient and effective manner.
You will:

Implement cloud security measures following AWS guidelines.

Apply security and hardening solutions across all Glovo infrastructure and applications

Take part in security on-call rotation

Develop internal security tools
-
Consult, evangelise and teach product teams on how to protect their assets

Manage security incidents and mitigate them
-
Work on compliance requirements e.g. PCI
-
Build internal tools and products for satisfying security needs of our stakeholders and the company

Improve our intrusion detection and incident response capabilities.

Continually improve your technical and collaboration skills.

Engage and participate in the security community.

Maintain, operate and improve the team's services.
Requirements:
-
Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English.
-
5 or more years of experience in a similar security position.
-
Experience working in a cloud-based environment (preferably AWS).
-
Proficiency in at least one programing language (preferably Java,
Python or Golang) and one scripting language (Shell scripting, Python)
-
Experience with SIEM systems and incident handling.

Expertise in at least two of the following domains: System and
network hardening, Computer forensics, Incident handling, Intrusion
detection and prevention, Security Testing and Vulnerability management
& Penetration

Bonus Points:
- Experience working and running code in the cloud and using laaS and PaaS solutions, espeically AWS
- Certifications like OSCP, OSCE, OSWE or equivalent
- Experience with GDPR and PCI
