Minimum requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience
Proven software design, programming, optimization skills in C++ and Unreal Engine.
3+ years of experience working in C++.
Excellent debugging skills
Ability to flexibly move between projects and teams, providing high quality work with a positive attitude
Passion for console and gaming
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and drive for excellence
Desired requirements
Experience working in C#.
Expert in one or more technology domains such as Networking, Tools, Streaming, Animation, Rendering, …
Worked with numerous video game related middleware engines and packages.
Designed modular technologies to support plugin functionality, features, and content.
Developed modular script & data driven game engine.
Developed asset conditioning tools & pipelines.
Low-level and hardware programming experience.
Prior work exploring and innovating new IP, genres, and product experiences.
Guided and mentored more junior engineers.
Duties
Develop implementation plans and software according to functional requirements & feature specifications.
Collaborate with internal & external partners to drive clarity and deliver tools, technology, and feature work.
Consult on a regular basis with project leadership to align expectations and deliverables.
Multitask between projects and teams fluidly.
