You will among other things…

Design and implement backend features required to support our ad-exchange platform.
Ensure the performance, reliability, scalability and security of every line of code
Secure the highest quality through good design, attention to detail and testing.
Provide documentation and metrics of all the features and products.

Valuable Skills:

Very experienced in Java (for real), databases, complex data structures, and algorithms (the hard ones)
Able to architect & design components, features and systems.
Experience in designing robust, highly scalable systems.
Familiar with web protocols, application and web servers and HTML/Javascript

Used to dependency management tools like maven or gradle.
Comfortable using version control systems like Git
Used to Scrum, CI, CD, TDD, BDD, DDD, git-flow and other non completely useless name-dropping terms.
Fluent in Spanish and English

What will make you shine:

Experience in big data solutions.
Some knowledge of the Hadoop Framework (HDFS, YARN, Spark, Hive, HBase...)
Some experience in streaming architectures like Apache Storm
Have used at least one NoSQL database
Having participated in some kind of hackaton in the last year (winning makes you a rock star)
Going to tech meetups or any other kind of social events
