Strong technical background with experience in data analytics and data engineering
Able to bring a pragmatic approach to difficult decisions, balancing the needs of the business and the people involved
Understand business context and how to use technology to solve business problems
Outstanding communicator who articulates well whether speaking with an engineer or the CEO, and brings people with them with well made suggestions
Process orientated, constantly driving improvements through removing impediments and streamlining systems
Establishes a clear set of agile and engineering practices, and promotes them with technical mentoring
Understands and takes a strong approach to technical debt, making the right tradeoffs when considering tackling
Highly data-driven approach, ensuring the data is what drives our decisions
Highly driven and ambitious personality while being a great team player
