Senior Data Scientist en Madrid

Agentero (www.agentero.com) is looking for a Senior Data Scientist with at least three years of experience to join our rapidly growing technical team in Madrid. As a data scientist, you will lead Agentero’s efforts in building industry-unique predictive models for a variety of business and consumer insurance challenges.

We are seeking a motivated professional with the following experience:
+ Data extraction, manipulation and cleansing experience using SQL. MongoDB experience a plus.
+ Feature engineering including selection, transformation and scaling
+ Use of modeling techniques to solve problems such as next best product and recommendations based on prior behaviors, demographics and peer analysis.
+ Experience programming in Python and its data manipulation and machine learning libraries
+ Knowledge of algorithms simulation, visualisation and results presentation is highly valued
+ Great communicator and collaborator
+ Desire to investigate new tools, technologies and solutions
+ Ability to read, write and speak English
