🌟Let's talk about the Data Science Team 🌟

We develop algorithm-driven solutions for all aspects of Stuart's operations across Europe. Our focus involves pioneering research on new algorithms and methodologies, adapting them into practical solutions to tackle challenges that are pivotal to Stuart's Business and Operations teams, such as:

- Demand & supply forecast: Determining package delivery requirements at any given time and location, along with driver availability.
- Incentive optimization: Maximizing profitability while directing drivers to high-demand areas.
- Ride acceptance prediction: Estimating the likelihood of a driver accepting a ride request.
- Driver lifetime value: Forecasting the tenure and regularity of driver engagement.
- Client churn: Evaluating client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring we remain their top choice.

And much more...

We work closely with Business and Operations stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and, alongside our Platform & Data Engineering teams, turn them into high-performance, robust products. Our ultimate goal is to push the boundaries of conventional solutions and drive innovation 🚀
