Sobre la posición

You will work in close partnership with our stakeholders (Finance, Service Operations, HR) by providing data products which allow them to access the data easily to solve their analytical needs, and providing also high-level analyses and recommendations to help them make data-driven decisions. You will definitely make an analytical impact in Adevinta Spain.

Your main responsabilidades will be:

  • Lead a Data Analytics Project end-to-end: From detecting opportunities and understanding needs, data capture and transformation, visualization, analysis and analytical trainings.

  • Set, prioritize and coordinate implementation of data requirements and data-quality standards to cover stakeholder needs.

  • Understand business needs and produce insightful analyses for internal teams to make the right decisions

  • Design, implement and maintain dashboards and reporting to drive decision-making.

  • Guarantee definitions of dimensions and indicators across the company.

  • Assist colleagues in gaining access to the right data, train them and eliminate the barriers that exist in order to facilitate the analytical autonomy of the teams.

  • Provide accurate data, insights, analysis and forecasts for decision makers and stakeholders

  • Work with the technical team to translate business requirements into detailed technical design

  • Build robust relationships with key business stakeholders

  • Communicate results in a clear and concise manner, with an understanding of data visualisation and the importance of drawing accurate conclusions from multiple data sources

Requisitos

​​We expect you to have:

  • Previous experience with responsibility in Data Projects, managing in a proper way the scope, time, cost, quality, resources and stakeholders.

  • Master’s degree in any relevant technical field such as statistics, experimental sciences (physics, chemistry, etc.), mathematics or economics.

  • Nice to have : 3 years experience in a similar position

  • Extensive experience with SQL (usage of Redshift and Azure)

  • Extensive experience with Python.

  • Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools

  • Storytelling skills

  • Self-starter and detail-oriented . You can complete projects with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams

  • Fluent in English

  • Intermediate knowledge of Git

  • Ideally, knowledge of Airflow.

  • Ideally expertise on digital tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, GTM, Tealium, etc.)

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
