LAMA is providing Interviews as a Service. We are a new Video Interview Platform that allows users to get interviewed by a professional journalist. Our company is young but fast growing and has recently received prominent financial backing.

Our tech stack includes: Ruby on Rails, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, Vue.js, Bootstrap, CSS3, AWS, nginx, PostgreSQL, WebRTC, Android, iOS, Swagger and git 


WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO:

- Build and develop new product features with weekly sprints using Kanban 

- Proactively engage in feature and roadmap discussions

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
***********************************************
- Good understanding of coding practice to be able to quickly
 understand existing code and extend it 

- Git skills: You know who to git blame to find out magic of existing code
- Experience with designing robust API (OpenAPI 3.0) to connect all our products 

- High affinity for start-ups. Like working in close collaboration with product management, design, business and frontend engineers
- Excellent written & oral communications skills in English
