 Main Responsibilities: 
 Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth and Marketing for Europe you will be responsible for: 
 - Coordinating
 all the lead and demand generation activities across all digital 
channels (Outbound Marketing, Referral Programs, Paid Media and Lead 
development / management) 
 - Creating and understanding buyer personas for the B2B market across Europe 
 - Developing
 a content strategy and coordinating the effort of content syndication 
and content creation across different levels: sales collaterals, 
educational assets, thought leadership pieces etc 
 - Developing integrated multi-touch multi-channel cadences to support the effort of local BDR teams 
 - Roll-out and pioneer B2B growth experiments in Europe 
 - Closely monitor the ROI of the B2B growth campaigns 
 - Act as the pivotal element between Marketing and Sales, aiming to optimize the conversion rates in the B2B pipeline 
 - Instrumental
 developing the ICP for Gympass Europe and strategically analyse 
industry segments by conversion in each channel / campaign. 
 - You will take on the opportunity to manage and grow a small team 
 
 
 
Requirements 
 - Fluent in English & ideally Spanish 
 - 5+
 years of experience and proven track record of executing successful 
User Acquisition and Retention initiatives (e.g. CRM, email, push, paid 
marketing, mobile marketing...) 
 - Must have experience in B2B marketing, agency experience in a plus 
 - Experience with Account Based Marketing 
 - Experience managing relationships with internal sales stakeholders and business development representatives 
 - Cross-country or regional experience would be a plus 
 - Superb
 attention to detail, personal organization and excellent planning &
 management skills to coordinate complex products with cross-functional 
teams 
 - Proven knowledge of key metrics and strategies that can increase conversions 
 - Hands-on & hustle: Willing to get insights from the data, execute and run quick hypothesis tests to drive fast Growth 
 - Experience
 of working with email marketing tools, and systems for delivering on 
other digital channels (e.g. mobile notifications) 
 - Preferred experience: Tech startup, SaaS and/or a global marketing organization experience a plus
