SEM Team Lead en Barcelona o en remoto

We are looking for a self-motivated SEM Team Leader with strong analytical skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate msut be fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing the capability to colaborate closely with the SEM Manager and with the SEM Team. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, implementing and analyzing paid search campaigns across brands and products. Operating in alignment with marketing and business objetives, you will primary utilize Google AdWords and Bing Ads, taking ownership of delivering customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaings within agreed-upon targets.

As a key contributor to the Marketing team, your focus will be on actively developing strategies to optimize the visibility of one of our projects and enhance the accessibility of websites and apps.

What will make you stand out from the crowd

• Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve SEM traffic and increase ROI.
• Delivering performance reports and insights to the PPC Manager and defining campaign actions accordingly
• Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues.
• Responsible for AB tests, Search Query analysis and keyword mining.
• Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching.
• Core team member on various web projects, providing content management and user experience best practices.
• Manage and coach a team of highly motivated PPC specialists and get hands-on with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time and on-budget
• Work with cross-functional teams, such as data science, project and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages
• Good knowledge of GA4 and the ability to use it to inform strategy and optimize campaigns
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms is a plus
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

How will you make a difference

•  At least 3 years of experience in leading a marketing team of more than 2 paid search specialists.

•  Proven track record of executing successful PPC campaigns that drive to growth and ROI targets
•  Experience in marketing automation from daily operational tasks, reports and processes, to highly advanced strategic projects ideally in a large-scale environment
•  Proficient in Google Ads and Bing Ads is mandatory
•  Strong knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other analysis tools
• Facebook, Instagram, and other social media ads experience is a plus
•  Business awareness. Able to coordinate projects and understanding needs and responsibility across multiple departments and teams with the goal of driving order growth and profitability
•  Data-driven mindset, strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions
•  Ability to work independently and synthesize large amount of data
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•  Excellent multitasking abilities.
•  Flexibility, being able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
•  Team worker, self-motivated and proactive
•  Positive and resilient attitude with the ability to be innovative and collaborate
•  Very strong attention to detail
•  Fluent in English
