We are looking to welcome to our team a full time SEM Specialist, preferably with a technology background and experience in B2C.
In this role, you will work closely with our Acquisition Manager to translate Business and Marketing objectives into a SEM strategy.
Your mission will be to define and execute a solid worldwide SEM strategy; our users are all around the globe!
Main responsibilities:
Create a comprehensive worldwide SEM channel strategy that maximises Revenue and ROI while keeping CAC at bay.
Roll out SEM initiatives across different markets through a wide array of advertising platforms (Google ads, Bing, Apple Search, Universal App Campaigns and more).
Campaign optimization through experimentation, creative iteration and A/B testing.
Work with design on creative, write compelling ad copy to lift conversion rates across the funnel.
Stay abreast of new trends and tactics that can be applied, and proactively recommend ways to test new features and evaluate results.
Provide support in finding the right balance between SEM and SEO.
Develop, manage and report on KPIs. Evaluate channels through CAC and other marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROA or CLTV.
Ensure business objectives are met.
Willing to take on more PPC verticals (Display, Social, Retargeting…) as the acquisition initiatives grow stronger.
Manage all of our pixel data and UTM tracking processes.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in paid search
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - as a performance driven position, ability with numbers is a must
Experience working with pay-for-performance search products such as Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search and other relevant search engine advertising tools
Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, Google Tag Manager and other analytics platforms
Experience with A/B testing
Strong understanding of other channels such as Display, Paid Social and SEO.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Strong team player and excellent communicator
Strong english communication skills, preferably native speaker.
