Native level of German.
Your main tasks will be…
- Manage the SEM strategy for the Swiss Market of the Zur Rose Group.
- Execution of the SEM Growth Marketing strategy.
- Collaboration with the SEM team and other departments of the company to achieve our global goals.
- Data Driven Mind-set and very analytical approach of each challenge we find in our journey. Automation in order to scale fast.

Requirements
- +3 years of experience with a similar role in ecommerce or
marketplaces with large volumes of catalogue, traffic and investment.
Experience in German speaking markets it’s a must.
- Bachelor in Business, Digital Marketing, SEM formation it’s a must.
- Native German and good level of English.
- Excellence: capacity of organization, planning and execution. Focus on details and work under pressure.
- Proactivity: proposal of new ideas in a highly dynamic market, don’t
be afraid of testing new things, failing fast and changing the status
quo.
- Ownership: take every challenge with responsibility until we find the solution. Problem solving mind-set.
- Team: collaborate with other departments, being able to share
achievements, fails, successes and solving problems together. Agile
methodologies expertise.
- Highly analytical skills: obsession with data and permanent
improvements. Identify automation opportunities in order to scale
