Security Manager
As a Security Manager you will be responsible for
representing Silicon Gears in the assigned customer Automotive Security
projects.
Main responsabilities:
- Silicon Gears Security representation and customer interaction inside projects
- Conduct
project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status
of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Consultancy support on current security regulation and standardization.
- Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems together with the corresponding Team Lead.
- Create, assess and update Security processes as needed
Skills that make the difference:
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Our customers are OEMs and Tier 1's of the Automotive industry
- State-of-the-art Security standards knowledge
- Able to analyze complex Security requirements
- Able to understand customer's business needs
- Being able to define Security processes for Software Development in critical environments
- English fluency! All our customers are outside Spain.
Nice to have:
- CISM or equivalent certification
- Experience in secure software implementation & defensive programming.
- Knowledge
of Automotive grade operating systems (e.g., AUTOSAR, QNX). Knowledge
of industrial buses (CAN, RS-232, LIN, FlexRay...). Knowledge or
experience with general microcontroller development (bootloaders,
debuggers, asm) and secure microcontrollers (HSM, TPM, privileged
execution environments).
- Participation in international working groups and workshops, especially in standardization procedures (e.g., ISO, IEEE).
