QA Engineer en Barcelona

You will join a fast-growing company, market leader in providing last generation facial recognition technology.

The selected candidate will be the main responsible for Jenkins automation and maintenance, will be in charge of automatizing functional (integration) tests over Windows applications, and will carry out manual tests of different kinds (e.g. exploratory, security, stress, etc). This person will also be in charge of automatizing and maintaining the tools for the software build chain and of keeping track of the versioning. Finally, the candidate will take care of quality assurance tasks in general.

To be considered for this position, you will need to bring the following:

Must:

- Computer Engineering Degree or similar

- Experience with Jenkins (pipelines, Jenkinsfile, workflows,...)

- Experience with various SQL database, mainly Postgres and Oracle

- Test automation for Windows desktop applications, backend (SOAP), and web

- Windows administration knowledge

- Experience using Virtual Machines (ESXi, VMware, VirtualBox)

- Experience in scripting languages (Python, Powershell, bash...)

- Experience using Jira and source control software (git)

- Good understanding of application/network security

- Analytical skills, solid understanding of best coding practices

- Basic command of Spanish and English

Desirable:

- Linux system administration

- Experience with Docker / Swarm

- Experience as Jira administration

- Experience with video environments

- Cmake and C++ knowledge
