Job Description
Unnax is seeking a highly-motivated Project Manager - Scrum Master that is passionate about technology to help us implement the product vision of the company in an efficient and scalable way. The PM - Scrum Master will play a key leadership role in defining and prioritizing the product features to deliver a delightful experience to the customer, while monitoring and improving process efficiency across the product development pipeline.
The PM - Scrum Master will work directly with the product manager, product owners, and other functional leaders and will have specific responsibility for critical parts of our product development.
Essential Duties :
-Assist head of product in Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog to ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
-Assist the development teams in the daily prioritisation of their tasks, incidence resolution and customer issues while assuring sprint goals are being reached.
-Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
-Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Sprint goals
-Deliver optimized processes and continuous improvement to achieve a lean and scalable product development pipeline. Advocate Agile principles and high-quality standards across the team
-Identify, run and maintain product and development team KPIs to assess the impact of changes and improvements in development processes.
-Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within multicultural teams
-Supporting and educating the Product Owners and Head of Product, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Important: These duties will be carried out using JIRA. Fluency with JIRA is indispensable for this role as the Project Manager/Scrum Master will be spending a significant portion of their working hours in this environment.
