Project Manager en Madrid

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to take ownership of diverse projects for high-profile international clients.

In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring smooth coordination across various teams and stakeholders while meeting key objectives such as cost management, timelines, risk mitigation and quality delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to drive business value, manage cross-functional teams and deliver state-of-the-art products and services in a dynamic industry.

This full-time position is based in Madrid, with offices located in La Finca, and requires in-office presence two days per week. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in an international, fast-evolving environment are key for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the functional perimeter for each project, the quality of the user experience, the respect and the follow-up of the costs, the risk management strict follow-up and the control of the committed planning
• Work closely with the Sales/Presales team to maximize our client´s financial account results
• Ensure end-to-end management, from client approval to acceptance and project assessment, with the objective to maximize business value
• Build and lead the project team
• Coordinate all internal and external contributors, whatever area of responsibility (technical, financial, validation, deployment, etc.)
• Understand both the business and technical environment of this field
• Build a cross-functional network of interlocutors in connection with projects in this area

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management in complex and multidisciplinary environments
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
• Business-oriented with the ability to address client needs while maintaining a strong financial focus
• Familiarity with the typical phases and methodologies of complex technical environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Familiarity with the digital TV ecosystem: IPTV & OTT technologies (streaming, formats, DRM etc.), STB, iOS/Android/Web applications
• PMI/Prince2 certification
• Cloud knowledge
• CI/CD knowledge
• Experiences as project manager with integration project
