Project Management Office Manager en Madrid

We're looking for an experienced PMO to join the team of the leading SaaS company for banking solutions in Spain. You drive and understand technology and are willing to challenging the status quo, transforming the way we work, and pushing the envelope to deliver the best digital experiences.

• 3+ years of software project management
• Proven track record of implementing processes and improving throughput velocity within a complex org structure
• Experience leading multiple teams & managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong process and project management skills
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Lean, & Kanban
• Experience with the software product development and project management tools and software (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Natural bias for action with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive efforts to completion
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with multiple organizational levels
• Strong leadership, enthusiasm, and accountability with high attention to detail and quality for all work products
• Strategic, analytical thinker who brings creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense that can balance strategy with detailed, flawless execution

Bonus Points:

• PMP and CSM certifications are highly preferred
• Financial services and mobile experience are a plus
• Consulting experience and/or a technical degree are a plus
