As Senior Product Owner, you will be part of an international team (working language is English) with experienced people who share a passion for health and balanced nutrition. You will work in an atmosphere in which you can express your opinion and really have an impact. Take responsibility from day one, get the best out of yourself and the team in order to build together an amazing product.
Main tasks:
- Deeply understand customer needs and passionately represent the voice of the customer to your team.
- Identify business problems, define product vision and translate high-level product epics and features into user stories & acceptance criteria working in cross-functional Agile teams and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Work closely with the Engineering Manager to create and proactively maintain a product backlog and prioritize it according to business value, complexity, and expectations.
- Work with the team to estimate, prioritize, and implement the product requirements.
- Meticulously think through every aspect of the overall customer experience, putting users' needs first in the definition of requirements. Continuously seek improvements to the customer experience working with the UX and Engineering team to better drive the business and metrics.
- Collaborate closely with different stakeholders in and outside of the organization.
