The Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team with a focus on or Digital services platform. Your mission is to successfully manage the product roadmap and backlog according to the overall strategy and business objectives. Your role is to lead, guide and support the team of developers, designers and testers in achieving that mission.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Manage the full Product management lifecycle, from ideation to tactical execution
- Create and maintain the Product Roadmap as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference as well as a plan for execution of the product team
- Work closely with the Product Director to build and maintain the Product Backlog according to business value, the overall strategy and business objectives
- Manage the Product Backlog, being able to balance multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines. Create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on business objectives
- Develop project plans and associated communications documents; determining tasks and proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential deviations and creating contingency plans
- Be accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Be inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration, managing daily goals and schedules, tracking milestones, to achieve high performance and meet project deadlines
- Work closely with key account managers: gathering requirements, following up with backlog status, timings, prioritizations, customer feedback and issues reporting
