What to expect?
As a Product Manager you will take ownership of a key area in the company's evolution and growth. You will help set the product's solar vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with senior engineering colleagues and other departments, design and execute the projects that support the roadmap, gather customer and stakeholder insights from across the organization, and coordinate with designers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that your product is delivering an amazing experience for our users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining strategy and discovering customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products
- Understanding and adding value for our different type of customers and by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap,
- Being the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user as well as communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users.
- Focusing on the products adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers problems,
- Balancing and analyzing multiple sources of information,
- Owning key features from discovery to release and usage,
Moreover, you will create organizational transparency into a products prioritization and engineering efforts; and continuously contribute to the effectiveness of our team, by working together, sharing best practices, and challenging other team members to take our GPM profession to the next level.

As part of Cloud Solutions department, we specialize in developing and operating a cloud-based platform for renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and storage. Our expertise lies in delivering modular digital solutions and advanced analytics, empowering asset owners and managers worldwide.

About you
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant fields
- 3 years of experience in solar PV asset management in the renewable energy industry
- Proven track record in operations, maintenance, performance analysis, and/or monitoring of solar assets
- Knowledge of business and performance metrics definition and usage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English to convey complex themes both internally and externally
And if youve got these in your back pocket, consider it a bonus:
- Experience in digital product management: defining product strategy and vision
- Knowledge in digital solar asset performance management and/or monitoring tools
- Background with SaaS products and/or OT/ IT technology
- Understanding of Agile project management tools such as AzureDevops, Jira, etc
- Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications
