The Global Automation team within Criteo develops and runs a wide range of first-class solutions that empower Criteo's commercial and operations teams to maximize their business impact.    

As a Product Manager within the Global Automation team, you will be accountable for supporting a pivotal, company-wide initiative of increasing operational efficiency across Criteo’s teams by leading the product strategy, defining product roadmaps and executing implementation plans to deliver the right service to our customers at the right time, measured by quality and cost.

You will be working in a multicultural and diverse environment alongside highly motivated colleagues with a team of highly skilled developers, designers, data engineers and other product managers on products that make a real business impact.  

Your key responsibilities will be to

  • Own the long-term vision of the product and inspire others in the organization to support it.  
  • Closely collaborate with the engineering team and other key stakeholders to develop and execute on the product strategy and roadmap to make this vision a reality.
  • Research and identify user needs in order to explore opportunities while effectively managing their expectations.
  • Drive the product backlog and prioritize what the team should work on using both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
  • Guide new products and features from conceptualization to launch while keeping the users at the center of everything.
  • Define and monitor relevant KPIs for your product to understand the impact and how this translates into the overall business.
  • Be an advocate for your product: frequently share relevant updates and achievements within the organization to bring visibility to leadership and key stakeholders.  
  • Who you are

  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Passion for building digital products and solving user problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to clearly articulate your product vision throughout the organization.
  • Autonomous, proactive and detail-oriented. You can demonstrate your ability to solve problems end to end to bring value to the users.  
  • Analytical mindset with a hands on approach to data-driven decision making using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Dynamic and versatile and like working in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable using it as your default written and spoken language.
  • Experience working on productivity and/or marketing solutions as a product manager is a plus.
