Your day-to-day
- Align the area and orchestrate the backlog of strategic features. This includes managing ROIs, designing the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with other PMs, as well as managing the product life cycle: conceptualization, launch, and retirement.
- Coordinate with the sales management and relevant stakeholders to define and implement the product strategy for our solutions, ensuring they remain competitive in the market and adapt to customer needs.
- Conduct market studies and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define the product in terms of Product, Pricing, Placement, and Promotion strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to define and execute the offering of our products.
- Evaluate the need to establish partnerships and collaborations that enrich the service.ç
- Interact with customers and the sales team to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure that the product meets their expectations.
- Supervise the team of Product Owners (POs) in your area, including aspects such as salaries, performance, individual meetings (1:1), and professional development (PDP).
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and key objectives and results (OKRs) at the functional level to measure performance and success.
- Report progress and results to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of electronic payment systems, Fintech, or companies in the tourism sector.
- Deep knowledge of marketing and sales.
- Experience in developing technological products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of relevant regulations in the electronic payments field will be advantageous. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of Catalan and other languages will be valued.
