What You Will Be Responsible For
- Conduction of in-depth analyses of performance of our loyalty tools
- Identification
of optimization potential of loyalty tools with the aim of increasing
cost efficiency while still improving customer and sales retention KPIs
- Define requirements for loyalty tool optimization aligning the customer needs with the company performance perspective
- Work closely together with IT development teams in our Madrid office to assure the implementation of defined requirements
- Continuous controlling of the performance of loyalty programs and its newly developed features
- Conceptualization how diverse loyalty programs should be best aligned with each other
- Analyses of optimal loyalty program offerings per customer segment according to defined goals of the segment
What We Are Looking For
- Brilliant university degree in business administration with analytical focus or business informatics or comparable
- High affinity for data as well as a customer-centric view on business processes and products
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in analytical or technical product management, customer insights or analytics
- Very good SQL knowledge as well as in MS Excel and VBA
- Fascination for the e-commerce world and its processes and functioning
- Interest in IT development topics
- Very good English
