The Role
From brainstorming through implementation you will quickly seize and sublime complex matters into clean, intuitive, and predictable solutions.
You will:
Create and improve existing features in the Holded platform, focusing on usability and user interaction.
Collaborate with fellow designers, POs and the CEO to gain a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives in your projects.
Participate in the entire design process of our platform from initial research, ideation, design, and testing.
Test and iterate low to high fidelity prototypes with stakeholders to validate that we’re solving the right problems.
Give and solicit feedback from designers and the product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
Use and evolve our design system by contributing new components.
Job requirements
About you
At least 2 years of professional experience as a Product Designer UX/UI.
Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design process.
Solid experience working with Figma.
Fluent in English (spoken + written).
People describe you as an autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and organized person.
You can assess and prioritize tasks depending on the timeframe given to deliver a feature.
You are passionate about your craft and can balance consistency, creativity, and accessibility.
