We are hiring for a newly created People & Culture
Manager role, which will be responsible for delivering outstanding
employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. This person will
strategically develop processes that have a direct impact in shaping
our culture as we scale, and will be influential in strategically
improving all aspects of life at Koalaboox.

candidate is highly motivated with a positive attitude, and exhibits

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
• Talent Development: We are growing
rapidly, so you’ll be doing a lot of recruiting and help develop a team
of High-Level Talents. You’ll be responsible of training, orientation,
leadership development, building and implementing growth and development
programs, performance management, change management, … etc ;
• Payroll and Benefits: You will develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, … etc ;
• Company Culture: You will help build an awesome company culture in close collaboration with the top management ;
• Employee Relations: You will build trust and
relationships with employees across all layers of the organization and
be an effective communicator and problem solver of people issues.
You will take care of on-boarding, off-boarding and conflict
resolution. You will serve as the point of contact for employment
relation ;
• Organizational Effectiveness: We are currently
opening offices in Spain and France, so you’ll need to drive process
improvements, optimizing for a rapidly scaling company. You will ensure
compliance with all HR-related internal controls and external laws and
regulations.
YOUR PROFILE
• 5 years minimum HR/People Operations experience at a fast-growing company ;
• Passionate about creating a positive, collaborative work environment and a genuine desire to help people grow ;
• Acute desire to develop an awesome company culture that stands out ;
• Strong relationship building and people management skills ;
• Ability to provide both strategic foresight and feedback ;
• Experience working on projects focused on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle
through process improvements, automation, data & insights ;
• Strong understanding of Culture and HR best practices and industry standards ;
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations on an international level ;
• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas/processes/programs ;
• Proven success in building and leading a team of high performing professionals, including the ability to manage managers ;
• Strong leadership skills ;
• You are Fluent at least in French and English. Spanish and Flemish are a plus.
