Development Agent in Barcelona.
The tasks involved are in the following areas:
Responsibilities & Tasks
Sales and Marketing
- Reply
daily to enquiries generated from marketing campaigns in Italy and
pro-actively reach out to leads via email and phone calls. (hubspot)
- Identify relevant contents to engage with leads via social network and email.
- Regularly nurture and follow up with their leads to create a trustworthy rapport.
- Record activities and new opportunities, keep track and move them forward, maintaining our CRM updated (Hubspot and Dynamics)
- Conduct
interview via phone to their assigned prospects in Italy and some
international sites, to truly understand their challenges and provide
them with relevant insights.
- Objective: generating 1-2 virtual meetings per week as follow up step to introduce the lead to the Head of Sales.
- Periodically explore new business opportunities within a new specific assigned industry (rotating).
- Reply
daily to enquiries generated from marketing campaigns in Italy and
pro-actively reach out to leads via email and phone calls. (hubspot)
Communication
- Attend illustrative
webinars for stakeholders and learners , with the objective to take
ownership of this activity after probation.
- Support Marketing with adapting collaterals for the Italian market.
Requirements
- C1 level or higher in English
- Great command of Italian in business context
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Great
communicator who loves to reach out to others and wills to be
ambassador of ed_tech solutions within the corporate training industry
(experience in this industry or similar is high plus).
- Great
listener, with consultative approach they will conduct interview to
their assigned prospects in Italy and some international sites, to truly
understand their challenges and provide them with relevant insights.
- Organized
and goal oriented, to keep track of the opportunities and move them
forward, regular nurture and follow up with their leads to create a
trustworthy rapport.
- Hunter! with positive can-do attitude and the ambition to expand, network and attract new clients.
- Willing to stay, contribute to the team success and grow in a consulting sales role.
