The role of Lead Marketing Designer is to be a team player which guides and motivates a team of talented Graphic Designers in delivering immersive and quality assets. This position entails a great deal of responsibility and opportunity to help assist and drive further the development of a strong team and for which your artistic and technical expertise are of great importance.
A Lead Marketing Designer manages a small team of talented artists, setting a clear vision, building trust, providing consistent feedback, and understanding each artist's goals and needs, helping to establish a clear path for everyone to achieve their goals. The Lead will also work alongside developers, game designers, and product managers to ensure the art supports the game experience.
As Lead Marketing Designer, you are expected to develop the art direction and overall look and feel of the game’s CRM initiative, balancing visual satisfaction and gameplay clarity to ensure amazing experiences. You will push art quality where players see it and know when to pull back on quality where they won’t, being hands-on sometimes and contributing to the artwork benchmark and overall branding of our player communications.
You will be expected to deliver high quality, engaging, and impactful marketing art at a fast-paced, live environment while constantly managing priorities for extremely time sensitive projects.
