facilitate access to tenants by strengthening their housing

We’re on to something big! Garantme has been labelled as a fintech
and accredited as a broker in insurance and financial products. Our
first product: A innovative insurance policy that allows us to act as
the guarantor of tenants.
We are supported by prominent investors in the real estate industry and the HEC incubator at Station F.
We are opening the role of Lead Developer and/or CTO. This position is located in Paris, full-time (40 hours/week).

YOUR MISSION:

- Take over the existing technology and plan its development
- Implement automation processes and APIs with of our partners in the insurance and real estate industries
- Design and implement new product features
- Manage negotiations with the technical departments of our partners in the insurance and real estate industries
- Manage a team of freelancers to support web development
YOUR PROFILE:

- You have extensive Ruby on Rails framework knowledge
- You have strong modern JavaScript knowledge
- You know SQL, have designed and optimised databases in the past
- You have good knowledge of the most recent flavors of CSS as well as HTML
- You are familiar with third parties APIs, rendering templates server-side, providing API interfaces.
- You have high standard for code quality
- You aim for efficient yet clean and properly tested code
