Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executives across the team to define the technical strategy
- Lead end-to-end the product development
- Refine the technical architecture
- Define the technology stack
- Write server-side code, develop rapid prototypes, and create robust production applications
- Hire and mentor a team of software developers
- Advocate for the technology in conferences
- Assist in meetings with prospect corporate customers
- Maintain and update our website
Required Skills:
- Passion for technology
- Prior experience with:
- Full-stack development with stronger focus on back-end
(HTML & CSS, Javascript and/or Python, AWS services, MongoDB or
similar)
- Mobile application deployment
- Ability to lead the product development of a complex software solution
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical team members
- High degree of comfort with a rapidly-changing environment
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to manage your own workstream and communicate effectively regarding deadlines, deliverables, etc.
- Ability to be persistent and keep a positive attitude in adversity
