Junior QA Specialist en Barcelona

ReviewPro, the leading hospitality guest intelligence provider is looking to grow it’s QA Team in Barcelona and is now recruiting for a Junior QA Specialist.

Role

As a Junior QA Specialist, you will be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment, including:

• Compose, execute and assess results of functional tests

• Creating, maintaining, executing and reviewing test cases for software in all lifecycle phases according to the provided documentation and within the specified tools

• Work closely with developers towards defect/issue resolution
• Report and tracking defects

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive processes with careful attention to detail

• Positive with good learning attitude

• Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines

• Ability to document and explain issues and defects

• Basic knowledge of website UI/UX for multiple platforms

• Software development cycle process knowledge

• Intermediate level of English and Spanish

• Good communication skills

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Desirable skills

• Higher education in any computer science related field

• Previous experience with JIRA / Redmine or any project management software

• Previous experience with test management tools

• Previous experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
