As your colleagues at funda often
say, .NET developers aren't fussy people. A developer wants to engage
with new creations and not be distracted too much. Writing code and
subsequently leaving the testing up to the a QA engineer. Scrumming,
because that limits deliberation. Not merely sitting in front of a
screen all the time, but at the same time, not visiting the store for a
cup of good coffee or a yogurt with chia seeds either.
Your colleagues

Your jobYou will be working together with a
focus team on improving the experience and performance of the brokers
active on funda. In doing so, you'll be using the latest technologies.
You'll mainly be working with Microsoft server technologies, such as
ASP.NET, C#, SQLServer, .NET Core and Docker, but also with open source
products such as memcached, Apache Solr and Git. Within the team, you'll
be involved in both front-end (MVC pages, javascript) and back-end
development. It's definitely a plus if you have experience with these
technologies, but if not then we can easily teach you about any language
or tool.
Your teamAs a Software Developer .NET you will
be part of a Scrum team, consisting of a Product Owner, UX Designer,
multiple Developers and an Agile Tester. Together you will focus on your
area of expertise, with plenty of room for new ideas, experimentation,
trial and errors and 'on the spot' learning.
Your profile- Higher professional education or Academic level of skills and ideas
- Extensive experience with ASP.NET and C#
- Excited about new technologies and willingness to experiment
- A team player who is not afraid to engage in discussions
- A good sense of humor
- Experience with Agile working methods (we use Scrum)
