visits a day for our customers, thereby protecting their marketing budgets from bots and
hackers. We need your help so we can act fast to keep ahead of the fraudsters and ahead
of our competition.

Your day-to-day tasks will be:
● Maintain and improve existing components of the stack.
● Participate in the process of defining and designing components, high performance
services mostly in Java 8
● Program these components or functionalities taking into account things such as
stress, architecture, specification and other factors
● Verification of the correct functioning of the code created, unit tests, integration
and QA in pre-production environments
● Shipment to production of the code in our physical infrastructure, checking the
impact on the stack (performance measurement, speed, etc)
● Crafting ad-hoc solutions to product needs (crons, middleware ...) in different
languages depending on the specification
● Think and propose technological solutions to existing problems or improve current
solutions
Requirements:
● Degree in Computer Science or related field
● Strong Java skills
● Experience developing using relational databases
● Experience with Source Code Management Tools (Github)
● Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code
● Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment
● Desire to learn big data methodologies
● High level, conversational Spanish
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with big data methodologies involving Hive/Hadoop/Spark
● Experience building microservices
● Hadoop stream processing using Storm/Spark
● Experience with no-SQL technologies like Cassandra, couchbase, Flume or Hbase
● Confident English
