From Devoteam we are looking for an AWS SysOps junior for Madrid.
Location: Hybrid, mainly working from home, only in ad-hoc situations it will be required to attend company in Madrid for specific appointments such as workshops.
Let me elaborate on the Cloud SysOps junior profile we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
Triage of cloud tickets received on tthe company (ServiceNow).
Provide support and information to cloud consumers, helping to send communications about maintenances to consumers.
Follow operative processes provided by t Platform team to support consumer requests.
Managing, monitoring and using and operating systems on the cloud platform ( mainly AWS, but also Azure and GCP).
Support to automation of operations in the public cloud (DevOps)
Skills/knowledge:
High customer and service orientation
Basic knowledge on any Cloud Platforms managed by GIS Cloud services (preferably AWS, but also Azure and GCP)
Basic knowledge on IaC tools (ansible, jenkins, terraform, cloudformation, rundeck)
Knowledge on ITSM processes and tools ( i.e. ServiceNow) is a plus.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
-Establish Delivery Processes.
-Supervise team members performance.
-Distribute and assign the different projects and tasks.
-Monitor, control and support service delivery.
-Be accountable for the quality of Service, disponibility and performance.
- Interest in new technologies and a "liking" for the subject of reporting.
