IT Recruiter en Madrid

About the role

We are currently seeking an IT recruiter who will run hiring activities for our Engineering teams in Madrid and Valencia, as well as eventually other open positions across the organization.

• Source of our recruitment process with top engineers from Spain

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

• Represent CoverWallet in recruitment activities in our office locations

• Work closely with the HR manager and CTO to define an overall recruitment strategy

• Own the onboarding process for new employees

• Follow local meetups and groups of engineers and attend events/conferences

• Work closely with engineering team for retention

• Run team building events for the engineering team

• 3+ years of IT recruitment experience

• Familiarity with tech stacks used by startups

• Strong contacts network for engineering candidates

• Good communications skills

• Self-driven and autonomous worker

• Proficiency in English speaking and writing skills are a must
