The
IT Manager will provide full technical support for all users and the IT
environment for Scopely’s Barcelona office and contribute to the
overall successful onboarding of studio partners in the EU. Help to
automate processes in coordination with the IT team based in Los Angeles
and build out tools that will provide important insights into our
environment and improve our overall security posture.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- User management
Develop automated methods for provisioning and deprovisioning users on all our services.
- Device management
Deploy
tools that contribute to maintaining an inventory of trusted devices,
for security, performance, configuration, and insights.
- Project Management
Project Management and issue tracking using JIRA.
- Knowledge Base / Wiki Management
Process documentation, Knowledge Base management, Wiki management.
- JIRA/Confluence Administrator
JIRA/Confluence user and permission management including for Partner Studios.
JIRA/Confluence Data Center administrator, optimize and monitor service performance hosted on AWS.
JIRA Workflow management including Projects, Issues, Statuses, Fields and Workflow schemes.
- Service Desk Support
Troubleshoot and resolve IT systems, end user, and networking issues using JIRA.
Support tasks for OS including MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android.
SaaS
application management for the following services; G Suite, Slack,
Okta, Egnyte, Dropbox, Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, AWS Route 53,
Azure AD, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Leanplum, Helpshift, Bugsnag,
Testrail, Sailthru, Ringcentral, Basecamp, App Annie, AppBot,
Appfigures, Hockeyapp, Tableau, Datadog, Redis Labs, Github, JetBrains,
MacStadium, MoPub, Hacker One, Adjust, JAMF, NinjaRMM, HighFive, Zoom,
Pagerduty, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, iTunes Connect, Apple
Developer, Google Play Dev Console, Workplace.
- IT procurement
Manage hardware requirements, vendors, workstations, mobile devices and software licenses.
- Networking
Manage the internal office network, ISPs, phone providers and video conferencing systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Systems Administration/Systems Engineer experience supporting multiple platforms (OSX, Windows, Linux)
- Scripting experience using BASH, Python or similar language and open source tool deployment in support of a company of 200+
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform duties under minimal supervision, while not being afraid to ask questions
- A basic understanding of networking concepts and technologies
- Fluent English is a must
