Infrastructure Intern en Barcelona

We are looking for an organized, conscientious and meticulous intern to work part-time with our Infrastructure team taking responsibility over all the IT-related documentation.

In this role you will be a reference person for all those questions that our customers and auditors might have regarding infrastructure and data security in coherence with ISO 27001.

Main duties include (but not limited to):

• Fill up the required forms and keep up-to-date all the information regarding infrastructure: description, processes, tools …
• Follow and document policies, strategies, guidelines, standards, and procedures supporting Infrastructure department.
• Actively participate in incident management process: reporting, analysis and follow-up.
• NPAW’s runbook development
• Help in the definition and implementation of monitoring and alerting tools.
• In a near future, after a first training period, this person will actively participate in capacity management and configuration management activities on IT.

Requirements

Currently studying a BSc in Computer Science or Telecommunications engineering.

Excellent writing skills in both languages; English and Spanish.
