Influencer Relations Manager - France based in
Barcelona, Spain.
How do you fit in?
As Influencer Relations Manager you will be responsible for
building positive brand awareness of the JustFab brand through digital
and traditional PR and Influencer Marketing. You’ll have the opportunity
to create exciting buzz about our brand, with those in-the-know to
build on the brand’s existing success in the US and across Europe. You
will use brand PR as fast, flexible and cost-efficient communication
channel in the marketing mix, in order to achieve the regional/local
business objectives, following global guidelines
The position reports into the
Director of PR & Brand Partnerships
Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Develop influencer strategies for the brand.
Understanding the 360 consumer experience and brand strategy to align
the influencer strategy and owning the results of our influencer
efforts.
- Identify and build win-win, strategic relationships with social influencers, brand partners; both paid and earned activity
- Responsible for planning and executing all influencer activities from campaign to events
- Lead the creation, curation and deployment of compelling influencer digital content
- Identify new and up and coming influencers through Instagram and third party tools
- Compile detailed campaign recaps communicating the ROI of influencer campaigns
- Identify and share best in class examples, both internal and competitive
- Championing and educating the business on the impact of Influencer marketing as a marketing channel.
Public Relations & Events
- Development and implementation of holistic strategies
that drive media and influencer cover, promote consumer brand awareness,
increase social conversation and boost sales for JustFab.
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, assistants and key industry tastemakers
- Identify, secure and work with external brands on strategic partnership opportunities.
- Work with marketing teamsto ensure the correct product and brand message is being communicated.
- Oversee
Brand Activation, Customer and Influencer Events, including concept,
design, budgeting, staffing, onsite support, execution as well as follow
up and reporting.
Required Skills
- Studies in business, communication, marketing or similar
- 2+
years experience in influencer management across
fashion/beauty/wellness sector with a balance of creative, strategic and
executional strengths.
- Comfortable leading the process of
creative ideation and execution the detail of campaigns across social,
digital and PR platforms.
- Your core competence will be in
understanding the ever-shifting online and social media landscape – and
knowing where best to place JustFab activities within it.
- Excellent English and French Language Skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft office tools
