Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent
acquisition, employee career development, succession planning,
retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain the confidentiality of the HR department in regard to employee disclosures and issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
- 4+ years' of professional HR experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Knowledge
of principles and practices of personnel management and administration
to include supervision, training, performance evaluation, and other
related organizational processes
- English and Spanish speaking fluently
