Be a Growth Marketer for Hostaway! This is an exciting opportunity to
make a difference in a fun start-up based in our office in Barcelona
(Spain) or Toronto (Canada). We’re a property management and vacation
rental solution (SaaS) that allows professional Property Managers to
manage their listed properties in all-in-one platform, saving them time
and money.
We’re looking for a proactive Growth Hacking Expert to join our
Marketing team and be part of our international and talented team as
responsible for strategically optimizing conversion(s) and lead
acquisition. The ideal candidate will help us boost our lead acquisition
and conversion rates, also being able to manage growth campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Growth strategy: identifying and implementing growth opportunities for user acquisition for our SaaS platform and app
- Manage the acquisition lifecycle (creating, scaling, monitoring,
killing) of our campaigns across Facebook, Google Adwords and other
channels
- Explore, suggest and test new marketing channels, techniques, platforms, and networks, as a way to bring new leads
- Continually strive for improving our results with ongoing optimization and continuous A/B testing
- Keep on top of reporting and key KPIs and statistics for each
channel to maximise budget and adjust strategy accordingly and improve
the optimization of our sales funnels
- Deliver accurate and timely reports on performance metrics and suggest actions to the management team
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO, copywriter and
designer to create high-impact scalable campaigns with high-converting
branded creatives
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Demostrable hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns
with relevant budgets and a focus on user acquisition for SaaS companies
(B2B software technology a plus)
- Knowledge of building and working with lookalike audiences for paid search mediums
- Must demonstrate a solid understanding of key growth metrics,
conversions and measurements and be proficient in Google Analytics,
Facebook Analytics and other tools
- Ability to translate findings from data analysis into actionable recommendations and suggestions
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
-Team worker to cooperate with marketing, sales, customer success and other key stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve established targets
- American English native (or high proficiency)
- A passion for Growth Hacking concepts. Love for travel industry, sharing economies or real estate desirable.
- Experience working on startup environment and enjoying the challenges.
