fundsUP B.V. (fundsUP.co) is an A.I. boosted matchmaking platform that connects founders, investors and enterprises. The fast, fun, and friendly user interface of the application matches investors with high quality founders of young companies that could lead to investment deals.

Next to our online matchmaking platform fundsUP, we run a global funding conference: Capital On Stage. This enables us to continuously interact and iterate with our users face-to-face.

Today, startup is a hot topic and anyone can be an investor. As we tackle more and more investor biases via technological solutions, fundsUP became our main product.

We now seek a UI/UX designer to be the single point of contact to design the interface for our existing iOS app and Web Portal, but will also be in charge to design our Android products from scratch.

Required Skills

• First and foremost, you have an excellent eye for design. You know great UI/UX when you see it, and you are able to explain why it's great (even if you didn't create it!);
  
• You are a Sketch/Photoshop ninja, familiar with Illustrator or other wireframe tools;
  
• You have at least working knowledge of XHTML/CSS. If you can cut-up your own comps, so much the better;
  
• You are a self-starter who can jump in quickly without receiving much direction, and you learn by asking the right questions;
  
• You have strong knowledge of Web/iOS/Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices;
  
• You should have a solid portfolio of web/app applications design. We want to see that you have already built great interfaces before, not just great websites.

Experience

This is a senior role; you must have at least 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
