* Can manage our social PPC and social media agency very tightly
* Experience of paid and non-paid channels
* Demonstrable experience of agency, people and programme management
* Able to orchestrate content creation for other marketing forms such as direct mail and coordinate PR
* Able to manage and coordinate a team of freelancers as we implement a multi channel digital and geo-targetted physical marketing campaigns
* Enjoy rapid iteration and testing of marketing content, website content and product format
* Will get support from experienced CMO who will be an advisor to the company, not full time, particularly in relation to marketing strategy, brand, messaging and PR
