Online apparel printing startup based in Barcelona is looking for a
bold, driven, passionate and motivated entrepreneurial individual. We
have invested a lot of time and resources to create a fast-growing,
sustainable and scalable business with a modern management and
organizational culture. We are currently entering a more accelerated
growth phase and are looking for someone with the following skills and
characteristics for the Head of Marketing position:
• Execute, monitor, analyze and report on all Marketing strategies set in collaboration with the company directives;
• In charge of the UK and other territories Marketing strategies;
• Set and complete goals to achieve clear results & fast growth;
• Forming and managing the Marketing team;
• Participating in company’s decisions and helping to strengthen the Online Marketing department;
• Strategies include SEO, SEM, SMO, E-mail Marketing, Community Management, Micro Blogging, Content planning, PR, etc;
• Will work in close collaboration with the CEO, CDO, and other team members;
The person needs to be:
• Bold enough to make decisions that will take the company forward really fast;
• Analytical and focused on KPIs;
• Brilliant finding opportunities for fast growth;
• Curious about everything & anything, especially related to the business;
• Thrilled to join other awesomely talented team members;
• An energetic leader with great management skills;
• Proactive in identifying possible issues before they happen and turning the odds around;
The ideal profile is someone:
• Native English speaker (US or UK). Spanish a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proactive, dynamic, vibrant, creative and attentive.
• Someone with long-term vision.
• Communicative and comfortable with being a team player;
• With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Online Marketing
strategies, who is motivated to further develop their skills and
capabilities.
