customers. We are the alternative to car ownership, we replace car
dealers, traditional long term leases and other traditions of car
buying, with a flexible, convenient and digital experience.
Our
vision is to create the new ownership model for the future and replace
the traditional dealership and offline experience of buying a car with a
100 % fully digital transactional experience as if you were buying a
pair of jeans online.
Through a monthly all-inclusive payment,
you can access a car with everything included (insurance, maintenance,
taxes..) in less than 2 minutes and receive it at home 72h later.
The role
We are currently looking for a new Head of logistics with previous
experience in the automotive industry as either a supervisor or
manager. You will be responsible for your team, overseeing and planning
the workflow. As part of this role, you will deal with our key supply
partners, analyzing Bipi’s logistic needs, monitoring stock levels, and
improving procedures and process settings in the department. The ideal
candidate will demonstrate a passion for innovation and revolutionizing
the car-ownership market. At Bipi we all share common goals, considering

Responsibilities
- Lead logistics team
- Oversee improvements in the deparment
- Maintain contact with our key supply partners
- Plan and manage fleet maintenance
- Oversee intervention operations and volumes
- Problem solving

Manage performance, track and report key revenue and cost metrics, and
use data to optimize processes, creatively solve problems, and track
results
- Car-park management
- Stocks control
- FIFO methodology is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- University educated: studies related to the position (supply chain or similar) are desirable
- 5+ years of Professional Experience in a management role in the automotive industry.
- Upper-intermediate English level (B2 minimum)
- Key skills/qualities: proactive, competent leader, highly motivated and a team player.
