We are looking for a Head of Growth with strong analytical skills and a can-do attitude who is driven by a sense of urgency. If you have meaningful product growth experience, have built & experimented with growth models across diverse customer business models.


Head of Growth will set the strategic direction for this critical and rapidly growing part of our business. You will be accountable for the subscription experience across all touch points including web and mobile apps. Success in the role requires an ability to gain buy-in for your plans from senior leadership, as well as from the teams who will execute on the plan. You will be required to understand the P&L, and balance financial, user, and technical impacts in decision making.


What You’ll Do


Lead: Bring your passion to your team and the broader organization. Show deep curiosity and inquisitiveness about customers’ needs with an eye on driving product execution across ABA English. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of growth strategies in conjunction with the management team.  


Own: Own all pricing and packaging of ABA English Subscriptions and cross-selling products. Own the go-to-market strategy and roll-out of our English learning app throughout main countries. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing our business strategy, with the objective of growing our premium users.


Define: Work with customers, top partners and internal stakeholders to define solution capabilities and user experience.


Innovate: Evaluate data and feedback from customer insights team to further iterate and evolve our subscription products offering. Discover new growth opportunities (including new platforms, channels, partnerships, products, etc.) to acquire new premium users.


Influence: Partner with key stakeholders across the organization including Product, Revenue and Marketing. Work closely with BI and data analysis efforts to develop a scientific and viral growth model that capitalizes on product hooks, loops, and drivers.


Communicate: Drive understanding and buy-in among all stakeholders at all levels.


What you will bring


  • Relevant experience acquired by working in a high-growth environment.

  • Comfortable with data analysis tools and modeling.

  • UX experience and deep understanding of product flows & funnels.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Hands-on, scrappy, can-do attitude that is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve growth goals.

  • Native speaker of either Spanish or English, with fluency in the other language preferred.
