Your daily responsibilities:
You just love data and experimenting! Within this role, you will have
the unique opportunity to develop a growth strategy for a SaaS product
in a big conservative market. There are a lot of different angles to
approach the market, so you have to be up for a challenge! As our Head
of Growth, your focus will be on bringing our existing marketing
channels to the next level and experimenting to find new channels in
order to drive significant growth. To achieve this you will map out new
opportunities and tests various assumptions and strategies. Do you see
an opportunity for a new product or new ways to improve our platform?
Great! You can implicate it immediately! Do you get excited from keeping
a very close eye on metrics such as MRR, CAC, CLTV, product engagement
and retention/churn? Awesome! Those are a big part of your
responsibilities.
In this position, you work directly with the COO and CEO. And, you as
a passionate team leader will manage and mentor the growth team that
now only consists of a Content Marketer, so it is up to you to expand
the team with new team members. You love to take this team under your
wings and lead it! Furthermore, you work closely together with our
Development, Customer Success en Sales team and you manage all
collaborations with external marketing partners.
Requirements
What you will bring to the team: We are looking for
someone who has proven experience on a strategic level and is ambitious.
You are result-driven, entrepreneurial and you have a "getting shit
done" mentality. Furthermore, you:
have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Technologies or other relevant fields.
have 3 years work experience
have experience in data driven online marketing and data analysis
work experience at a SaaS company is a big plus (but not required)
love working in a start-up/scale-up environment where you have impact and can bring your (crazy) ideas immediately to life
