At least three years of experience as a Technical Lead/Team Lead/Engineering Manager or similar.
Strong technical background (experience in development in any of these languages: Python, PHP, Golang, Java).

Payment Solution is Semrush’s key product. No other product can receive payments without it. It’s a big responsibility, so it has high requirements in terms of reliability and quality.
We have more than five hundred professional internal users and over six million external users.
Now there are three teams in the project, including Technical Owners, Backend (Python), Frontend developers, QA, and DevOps engineers in different locations—Spain, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands.
We want to create a new billing system that will improve the speed and quality of releases, so we are looking for a Head of Engineering (Payment Solution).
