Due to our continued rapid growth, we are expanding and looking for a Head of Engineering to grow, and lead our technical team.
The focus of the role:
This is a pivotal hire for the company, you’ll be our first full-time Head of Engineering, joining a growing team at a critical point in our journey with the autonomy to shape the company’s approach to technology. Your main responsibilities will cover strategic technical planning, managing development timelines, release plans and ultimately leading the team to deliver our vision for a market-leading technology product.
We are looking for:
A proven track record of scaling SaaS solutions in E-commerce or Fintech
Experience managing multiple roles including: developers, QA, technical project managers and business analysts
Experience in programming, system architecture and DevOps in Microsoft web-technology stack (Azure, .NET Core, MSSQL)
A strong communicator with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
Experience implementing best coding practices
Experience building and managing onshore & offshore technical teams
A genuine multitasker comfortable with working on multiple projects at once
