We are looking for a Growth Hacker to assess the company’s growth
across all markets and channels. You will be helping our team with the
implementation of your new acquisition tactics and working with
automation systems to ensure a smooth ride for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
•Automate workflows and sequences.
•Use tools to conduct marketing activities.
•Conduct analysis and build models that can translate data into actionable insights.
•Track data and analytics to measure the ROI and effectiveness of your campaigns.
•Have a good understanding of different marketing KPIs and OKRs and evaluate campaigns.
•Grow digital products through smart hacks and deep partnerships, not just big budgets.
•Work on best SEO practices for our website.
Profile:
•1+ years of experience in growth hacking and inbound marketing.
•Growth hacking mindset and approach.
•Interest in e-commerce and SAAS businesses.
•Mandatory knowledge of Hubspot and Excel.
•You are a great communicator - if you know a bit of copywriting, that’s a bonus point.
•Detail oriented and able to work within a high degree of accuracy.
•Ability to take ownership of multiple deadline-driven projects and work independently.
•Perfect use of English; Spanish or French are a plus.
•Flexible and adaptable to a fast and diverse startup environment.
•Proactive and determined attitude - you should bring fresh ideas and take initiative.
•HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
