very strong ambitions like us! You are a super-smart, ambitious and
incredibly analytical person with a proven track record of acquiring
users and delivering growth for a large-scale online service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Growth discovery and creation: Identify and implement the most
promising growth opportunities, particularly in terms of member
acquisition and website traffic.
- Generate leads from our blog and distribute the content
- Proactively seek, identify, evaluate and experiment with new
approaches to achieve user acquisition growth, creating viral loops and
network effects.
- ‘Slice and dice’ an enormous amount of complex data into meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
- Explore and test new marketing channels, techniques, platforms, and networks
- Continually strive for higher volume and margins with ongoing optimization and continuous A/B testing
- Maintain steady high performance by frequently monitoring campaign
results and promptly responding with appropriate tweaks and changes

- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills;
