Requirements
As right hand to the global CFO, you will work together to lead the Finance function in a fast-growing environment.
- support CFO with international fundraising efforts and investor relations
- support CFO in driving M&A processes, including valuation, negotiation, due diligence and integration
- own monthly managerial reporting
- prepare budgets, forecasts, business cases and other analyses to generate insights and support management decisions
- optimise finance-related processes (payroll, administration, consolidation, invoicing, etc.)
- project manage the implementation of new tools/software related to finance/accounting
- manage costs and cash position
- manage the company’s stock option plan
- support our Chief Accountant with statutory reporting
- manage other international issues such as transfer pricing and funding
- work closely with company accountants, lawyers, and other advisors
If you:
- have a university degree in a related area
- possess 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- have strong experience with most/all finance functional areas, including reporting, controlling, accounting and tax
- know how to prepare and analyze financial reports and projections
- when you think numbers, you think Excel
- are detail-oriented
- always think about optimizing everything - even the wheel :)
- agree that change is the only constant
- have strong written and verbal English
- (as a bonus) have software implementation experience
